Love

So when I hear the word ‘love’ I automatically think couples and romance. I mean, I’d love to have that some day but it was only recently I realised that I have love all around me.

It it was my birthday on Tuesday and to God’s glory I turned 17!!! I have never felt so special and loved in my life and I felt so lucky to share such precious moments with my beautiful friends and family.

Love is patient. Love is kind.

I truly and honestly felt that this past week and I thank God I did because it opened my eyes to see that love can come from the most unexpected places. I finally understood that love is not all about coupling but it’s about sharing special moments with people you respect and are happy to spend your time with.
