‘If a woman had been among those killed (by the colonial administrators) the British women in Aba would have all been killed!’

‘If a woman had been among those killed (by the colonial administrators) the British women in Aba would have all been killed!’
It always felt like certain people wanted to see me be ‘bad’ for once, to see me angry, to witness me swear, to see me do something they deemed provocative. And I’ve never fully understood why…
Like every great story, this one has a beginning, and here it is. The first chapter of the Nigerian constitution is about the structure and system of the country. It is what makes Nigeria a federation.
‘If I don’t know book, I know rights…’
Nigeria’s constitutional history is most definitely worth examining and understanding.
‘As for the charges against me, I am unconcerned. I am beyond their timid lying morality and so I am beyond caring.’
‘Although not talked about as much, there are several women from our past who played key and pivotal roles in various movements.’
‘The world’s full of lonely people afraid to make the first move.’
‘You don’t need a man to wear a beautiful dress.’
I feel like something isn’t considered great unless you can testify to having worked sleepless nights on it…
